Front Office Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and the general public either in person, via phone, or email. Provide accurate information and assistance promptly
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and packages for pickup or delivery. Handle courier services as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office staff, such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents. Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our group and partner companies.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files to ensure easy retrieval and documentation compliance.
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative works assigned by superior as and when required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in international business/supply chain management is a plus.
  • Must have valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Required language: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with China stakeholder and clients.
  • Able to travel oversea or outstation for attend training purposes (only if required by superior).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
